CONSULTATIONS

JTAV experts offer consultations to better understand each individual’s skincare needs. Based on a private skin analysis and conversation, both client and esthetician will design a treatment plan that will best meet the expectations of the client. We are dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals.

Generally, your first appointment is booked including a 15-minute consultation so that you will have time prior to starting your treatment to talk about your skin and the issues you’re looking to address through treatment, without taking away from your 1-hour treatment time.

There is a non-refundable $100 deposit for all consultations scheduled independently, which will be applied towards your first treatment. Please see our cancellation policy below for additional information.

SCHEDULING

To ensure you receive your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling as far in advance as possible. A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

SOFWAVE & ULTHERAPY DEPOSIT POLICY

$500 deposit is required at the time of booking for Sofwave and Ultherapy treatments. This deposit will be collected upon checkout when scheduling your appointment.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to reschedule due to illness or an emergency, we will accommodate you and transfer your deposit to your new appointment.
  • No-call, no-show appointments or last-minute cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

This policy helps us ensure availability and maintain the highest level of service.

ARRIVAL

We ask that you check in with the front desk at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. All new clients are required to fill out skincare history information and treatment consent forms prior to treatment.

LATE ARRIVALS

Our scheduling is designed to allow the correct amount of time for each service. A late arrival may result in abbreviated service time to avoid delays for other clients and will be charged at full value. If you miss your appointment without 24-hour notice, you will be charged 100% of your treatment cost.

CANCELLATIONS

Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you.

  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) will result in a charge of 50% of the full treatment cost.
  • No-call, no-show appointments will be charged in full.
  • Deposits for all online bookings are non-refundable and will be applied toward your scheduled treatment or credited toward your next rescheduled visit.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Online orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt. In most cases, your package will be shipped via UPS. At checkout, you will have the option to select UPS Ground or UPS 2-Day shipping. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, and sales tax may be applied based on your location.

RETURNS

We hope you love your product purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase (refunds are not available).

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Products must be at least 50% full to qualify for store credit.
  • Store credit will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.

JTAV Clinical Skincare does not offer refunds on treatments or treatment packages. However, if you’d like to switch your package to a different treatment, we are happy to apply the remaining balance toward an alternative service.

ADDED COMFORT

For advanced modality treatments, a topical anesthetic cream is available and can be applied in-office 15 minutes prior to your treatment. Please inform the front desk in advance if you would like numbing to be incorporated into your appointment time.

PAYMENT

JTAV accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All payments are due on the day of treatment.

STANDARD POLICY

A credit card or gift certificate number is required to secure all appointments. To ensure a relaxing experience, we ask that cell phones be turned off or silenced. If you have any special needs or concerns, please inform our front desk staff so we can accommodate you.

PACKAGE POLICY

All package purchases are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to a different treatment if desired.

GRATUITIES

Gratuity is at your discretion and is not included in any service or package.
