JTAV experts offer consultations to better understand each individual’s skincare needs. Based on a private skin analysis and conversation, both client and esthetician will design a treatment plan that will best meet the expectations of the client. We are dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
Generally, your first appointment is booked including a 15-minute consultation so that you will have time prior to starting your treatment to talk about your skin and the issues you’re looking to address through treatment, without taking away from your 1 hour treatment time.
There is a non-refundable $100 deposit for all consultations scheduled independently which will be applied towards your first treatment. Please see our cancellation policy below for additional information.
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking.
We ask that you check-in with the front desk at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. Please note that we require that all new clients fill out skin care history information and treatment consent forms prior to treatment.
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other clients’ sessions can begin on time. If your arrival is delayed we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but if this is not possible your service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value. If you miss your appointment without 24-hour notice, you will be charged 100% of your treatment cost.
Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. In the event you are unable to give 48-hour notice, your card will be charged a late-cancellation fee of 50% of the full treatment charge. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Online orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt. In most cases, your package will be sent out via UPS. At the time of checkout, you have the option to select either UPS Ground or UPS 2 Day shipping. The exact shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. Please note that sales tax may also be collected during checkout, based on your location.
We hope that you will be thrilled with your product purchase – however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase (refunds are not offered). The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges on any products, and the items must be shipped to our address:

In order to qualify for store credit, jars/tubes should be at least 50% full. Store credit will be issued within 5 business days of our receipt of the return. For any returns, we strongly advise that you obtain a tracking number when sending returns to us, as we will not be responsible for any returns lost in the mail.
Please note that JTAV Clinical Skincare does not issue refunds on treatments or treatment packages. If you would like to switch your package to a different treatment, we are happy to apply the remaining cost of service to an alternate treatment.
With any of our advanced modality treatments, a topical anesthetic cream is available and can be applied at the office, 15 minutes before your treatment. Please communicate your concerns to the front desk prior to your appointment so that your treatment time allows for numbing.
JTAV accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All payment is due on the day of treatment.
A credit card number or gift certificate number is required to secure all appointments. Turn off or silence cell phones; this is your time to relax. Inform our front desk staff if you have any special needs or concerns to allow us to ensure your time spent with us a memorable experience.
Gratuity is at your discretion and is not included in any service or package.
